Shipping and Delivery Information

We bake and ship our products from Zen Bakery in Los Angeles, California on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to ensure that your order arrives fresh baked to your door.  Orders received before 8:30 p.m. are included in the next days baking schedule.  We custom bake every order so shipping times may vary.  We will not ship unless fresh baked the same day.  Orders that are received on Thursday-Sunday will be baked fresh and shipped the following Monday. 

Shipping is calculated on the system at check-out and all orders are delivered fresh via UPS with expedited options available as noted in the estimated transit times below. 

Orders within California are shipped via UPS Ground and orders outside of California are normally shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. We ship to all 50 states. 

In order to maximize product freshness and quality, please freeze products once receiving. Zen Bakery products use natural ingredients and do not contain any preservatives.

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days (guaranteed)
UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day (guaranteed)
Local Delivery: 1-2 business days
