If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or order, please email us at orders.internetbakery@gmail.com to discuss a replacement or a refund. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order #, email address, name, and item(s) you were not satisfied with.

Refunds, returns, and replacements are normally processed within 5-7 business days of the original inquiry.
